Everad is accused of scam: what is really happening and who is standing behind it

@Everad_Support vs @Everad_Support_bot
This is how the video begins on Youtube and publications with screenshots of the dialogue of our support on behalf of the official account — @Everad_Support with a person who later accused Everad of cheating and is currently actively spreading misinformation in all possible ways.
Everad’s accusations can be found on affiliate marketing forums, in the comments on our social media posts, and in those of our friends and partners, and if you are a member of Everadchat, there is a high probability that you will receive this message in a personal message.
What is the essence of the accusation:
The accuser actively claims that Everad allegedly has a second support account for advertisers @Everad_Support_bot, on behalf of which he demands an initial monetary contribution for placing offers, and then denies his involvement in the account, thereby depriving people of the money they transferred.
Here’s how it all started and what’s going on:
A person knocked on @Everad_Support (which is our only official communication channel in Telegram) asking if our company owns an account: @Everad_Support_bot with the tricky name @Everad_Support Advertisers. The account is practically a clone of our official account, but we do not know who created it and for what purpose.
This is what the official account and the scammers account look like:
The title also indicates that supposedly this account is for advertisers. But everyone in the affiliate marketing market knows that Everad is a direct advertiser with its own authored offers, which has never placed third-party offers on resale and has not attracted other advertisers to cooperate. We don’t have that functionality or capability.
Due to the human factor, our support made a mistake: since the accounts are very similar, our support confirmed that this is our account, thinking that the person is clarifying regarding the official @Everad_Support account on behalf of which the communication took place. In the correspondence, you can see that the support is surprised by such a question.
Further from the correspondence, we see that the person asked only this single question to the official @Everad_Support, in order to clarify whether this is our account. In his next messages, there is not a single question about whether we are a reseller, whether we work with advertisers or not. In this case, this person decided to send (according to him, we cannot verify this fact) his funds to scammers, but at the same time, he did not specify a single detail from us.
He does not attach a dialogue with the account of the scummer @Everad_Support_bot in his messages but only tries to indicate that we have confirmed that this is our account. But the question related to the payment that was required of him and whether we work with advertisers at all, he did not ask us.
In the next message, the support employee corrected himself and indicated that the @Everad_Support_bot account is not ours, and possibly belongs to scammers. The man immediately began to accuse us of his mistake, as well as to demand a refund of the funds that he allegedly transferred to those who communicate on behalf of the fake @Everad_Support_bot account.
How the dialogue took place can be seen in the video, which is actively distributed by the accuser as evidence that Everad was a scammer:
Everad’s position
Everad is a direct advertiser that has been on the market for 10 years offering its own offers, with which thousands of affiliates around the world successfully run traffic.
We are not resellers, we work only as an advertiser and do not involve third-party advertisers to work with us. You can read this information in our blog articles and get it from any employee of our company, as well as the fact that our only official support channel is @Everad_Support.
We have nothing to do with other accounts that are created to extort money and use the name of our company.
We consider the accusation of deceit as slander and disinformation.
